Life at Swinburne is pretty sweet. The university wanted to make it even sweeter by upgrading their health & wellbeing content.

I wrote about mental health, how to talk about sexual consent, nutrition and food, and more. My favourite was researching and writing about how to rustle up a healthy meal equipped with just a microwave. Serious game-changer.
